Brandon Oliver

Founder and Managing Partner

With over 17 years of experience, Brandon has learned that regardless of the size of the company or the investment portfolio, clients want the same thing; an honest relationship with a professional who genuinely values their needs and concerns. And so, wanting to fulfill that mandate, Brandon founded Oliver Wealth Management, a firm free of conflicts of interest and Old Wall Street bias and genuinely focused on one thing—the financial success of its clients.

His interest in finance and investing began in college as he embarked on a variety of business classes. His entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build led him into the brokerage business. Brandon has always been fascinated with the changing landscape and how no two days are ever the same. Brandon credits is father, Richard, for instilling the belief that he can be successful against enormous odds. The experience reinforced his desire to pursue a career in finance. Armed with a Bachelor of Science Brandon graduated from Towson University on a Monday and started his career with Morgan Stanley on a Tuesday. Brandon started in a class of 280 trainees at 2 World Trade Center in New York. After a three weeks of training he started his career in downtown Baltimore with a phone and a Criss Cross directory. After 3 years, 35 trainees remained and Brandon finished #1 in the class. He was National Sales Director award winner each of his first 3 years with Morgan. In May of 2003 Brandon was recruited to work with Banc of America Investments. During his years at BAI, he learned to navigate the lending the world as well as the investment landscape. Brandon built a successful practice before coming back to Morgan Stanley in March of 2010. He spent 6 more successful years with Morgan as an independent advisor and as head of the Ridge Group before forming Oliver Wealth Management in 2016. Brandon was raised in Perry Hall and currently lives in Fallston, Maryland. He is a member of Baltimore Country Club. Brandon enjoys coaching his two children in 3v3 soccer tournaments and watching them compete at the highest levels. He and his wife Carlye enjoy investing in their children’s passions which includes soccer for Logan and tennis for Natalie.

Heath Harris

Financial Advisor and Vice President

Client education is the driving force behind Heath’s approach to wealth management. His career in the financial services industry started in 2006. Since then, Heath has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) and will be sitting for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ®) in March of ‘19.

Heath’s satisfaction comes from helping clients to simplify complex financial challenges, communicating in a way to help clients understand those complexities, and to position their assets to work harder for them. He prides himself on being highly proactive in engaging with clients and coordinating retirement and wealth management strategies with their other trusted advisors. Heath specializes in retirement and investment planning for retirees, business owners and professionals across the country. Heath earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Salisbury University. In his spare time, Heath enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and being on the water.

We are independent so that our clients’ interests come first. Our team strives to provide financial security that will allow you and your family to reach your financial goals. Tim and his team provide personalized service to a diverse client base, including individuals, families, foundations, endowments, trusts and corporate retirement plans. Tim graduated from Towson University, with a BS in Economics, in May of 1998. He started at Legg Mason the next month. Tim worked his way up the corporate ladder to eventually work on a team of Advisors managing $400 million in client assets, in 2000. While working full time at Legg Mason, he earned his MBA in Finance from Loyola College, in 2002. Tim ventured out on his own to create an Advisory practice with Legg Mason at the end of 2004. He transitioned to the Towson office of Smith Barney, and later the Hunt Valley office of Morgan Stanley, though corporate mergers. After 14 years of advising clients in the ‘wire’ house system, he was looking for more independence for his clients. Few things rival his passion for helping clients reach their investment goals and needs, except for his family. Tim was raised in Perry Hall, MD and now lives in Lutherville, MD. He has three beautiful children, Kaelyn, Ashlyn, and Colton. His passion is helping them find their passions, whether it be softball, church choir, girl scouts, or if it’s his young son learning how to swim. In the little spare time Tim has, he enjoys playing tennis with some lifelong friends and watching movies with his, best friend and soul mate, Angela.
